My dog likes to pee inside a lot and have several stains that I'm finding difficult to remove. The stains have been there for a while..

Have you tried with vinegar yet? Try putting half vinegar and half water in a spray bottle, spraying generously, scrubbing, and repeating a few times.

get some 20% peroxide from the beauty supply store. Put it in a spray bottl, spray it on and presto! stubborn stains may require multiple applications. Never fails.

we use this all the time - spray area with white vinegar and blot it up. ( Do not over saturate - more is not better) Then sprinkle with baking soda while still damp. Let sit overnight. In the morning, the baking soda should have absorbed most of the stain as it dried. Vacuum and repeat if needed for really tough stains.

Take the Dog to the Vet's to get long term answer. Use a Steam Cleaner or 1001 carpet cleaner.
