Take each “ball” and with your hands tease it apart and fluff it out. Once all of it is unbaked, shake the comforter vigorously to even it all out

Hang out in the sun, make sure it's at least 50 degrees. Next. while it's drying, after about 2 hrs, turn it upside down and hang it up again. When you think it's dry, grab the bottom and shake it. Turn it upside down again, and shake it. Ask someone to hold 2 corners, while you hold the other end. Keep shaking it out a few times then hang it up again, this should redistribute the filler inside.
