MN Mom on Apr 11, 2016Mold and mildew are very different . Mildew is a surface fungi that can easily be identified as a patch of gray or even white fungus that is lying on the surface of a moist area. Mildew is easily treated with a store bought cleaner and a scrubbing brush. Mold, on the other hand, can be black or green and is often the result of a much larger infestation. Determine if it is mold or mildew as well as what the cushions are made of and this should help determine which product to use.Helpful Reply

Cindi on Apr 14, 2016I just read on Houzz.com to use 1 part dish soap to 3 parts water and spray, then let it set for 20 minutes. Take a hose with a high pressure nozzle to clean off soap mixture. Any stains use Baking Soda and scrub, then hose off and leave in the sun to dry. Will take care of mildew, dirt, stains.Helpful Reply
