Dawn dish soap is fabulous for grease and protein stains. Hydrogen peroxide for blood. Apply and dab.
When you’re done treating it launder as usual. I never dry before checking if it’s gone. If you don't it will set the stain forever. Repeated cleaning is better than buying new!
