My personal preference is not to use bleach. It can "yellow" or "gray" fabrics over time and weaken fibers in natural material fabrics. A good soak in baking soda should work.
Try Talc Powder to draw it out, otherwise Stain Devil for Oil.........
I let mine soak in hot water with bleach add for at least an hour then add detergent (a good one ) and wash and double rinse then hang in the sun for the sun to dry it.

Years ago the government removed phosphates from laundry detergent. Since then people have used all kinds of DIY products along with hanging sheets in the sun and many commercial products to whiten sheets. I use about 1/4+ cup of TSP (tri-sodium phosphate) (what the government took out) in my laundry to keep whites white and to remove body oils. Another old product is bluing (just a few drops) in your wash that will remove the yellowish color.
Try using OxiClean in your warm wash water. The sheets will eventually come white again if you continue to use the OxiClean. I have found that the OxiClean works best if you put it in the bottom of your washing machine, move the drum to make it fall through to the bottom and then add your articles. When the water first runs in it immediately mixes with the OxiClean, dissolving it and it does a much better job.
I like Oxy Clean, as a paste on big spots, and as an additive to Gain original in the washing machine. ☺️
I would add 1/2c of 20 Mule Team Laundry Borax, cheap at the laundry section of your supermarket.
Body oils are...OIL... try spraying with a product like Simple Green to break down the oily part... let it sit overnight (soaking take time) then pre soak in baking soda and white vinegar (I buy it by the gallon) and hot water... then wash as usual.
