Turn it upside down on a towel at hit it with some steam. Water stains will usually come out with a blast of steam from a steamer or iron. Just make sure only steam comes out, and not water so as not to add to the problem. Good luck!
Good suggestion. If that doesn't work, think of staining the whole thing using tea. If you can't beat em, join em kind of thing. Make it look on purpose. Hope that helps!

If push comes to shove--and I truly think Shoshana's suggestion will work - a soak made of Biz and Oxyclean in warm water will get out most stains in old linens.
