How to clean candle wax dried on a tablecloth used for a wedding?

First gently peel as much of the wax as you were able off the tablecloth with your fingers. Place an old cloth under the wax stain. Place a section of a single layer of a paper bag onto the wax stain. Place a hot iron on the stain and allow the iron to begin lifting the wax. Keep rotating the paper bag so that you have a clean spot on the bag over the wax as you iron. This should work.
Placing an ice cube under the wax spot will cause the wax to become brittle & easier to peel off

scratch off what you can,Then put some brown parcel paper over patch and gently use a warm iron should lift off
Use white cotton. An old baby cloth diaper worked for me. Put on under and one over the spot. Use a hot iron and the cloth will help wic it away.
