Oops— I was trying to see if there had been any posts on this topic, but somehow it ended up being a new question and I don't see any way to remove it. So, I'll just use this opportunity to say that I hope you'll check out my product, Mama's Miracle Linen Soak (mamasmiracle.com). And read the reviews on Amazon, which come from people who have actually used it.
I Use a bleach stick for spots, let it sit for about an hour then wash with oxi clean on cool wash and rinse. Repeat if necessary before you dry it. Once dried in dryer, stain is set.
I love Oxi for Laundry its a miracle spray.
If it is an oil stain try dawn. Soap the spot and let it sit for about 15 minutes or more and then wash.
Dollar stores have their own version of Oxyclean, it works just as well as the name brand. Follow package directions for soaking.
