cold water soak. cold rinse. wash with a stain removing product. most stain types are listed on the product. spray and wash comes to mind, but there are others.

Hello, I soak in peroxide.
I would make a thin paste of Awesome Orange or OxyClean and water and gently rub on the blood stain. Then hand wash.
I know this might sound weird , but try Folex, carpet cleaner ! It gets all stains out !!! Rust stains , ink , wine ... I keep some in a spray bottle in the laundry room ! It say to check to see if it color fast, but if it is unbearable, you have nothing to lose !

The enzymes in saliva will remove blood. You can use your own saliva (I chew on a wad of cotton thread until is is soaked through, then use it to daub at the stain until it is gone. ) Then I rub some Fels Naptha soap into it and wash. Dog saliva can also be used.
I dab blood stains with hydrogen peroxide. Dab don’t rub or you may spread the stain.
Spray Zout, then wash. You can find Zout in most supermarkets.
As an x-ray tech I would sometimes get blood on my white uniforms. When that happened I would soak the scrubs in peroxide.
A doctor I know swears by ERA detergent. Rub into stain, soak garment overnight in cold water, then machine wash in cold water (if it's delicate, try putting it in a mesh washer bag or old pillowcase to wash it).
