Stains in wool blend suit- help!

Our basement flooded and I had a lot of my clothes stored in the bottom drawer of my chest. This light blue suit has been cleaned but the stains did not come out. It was a anniversary gift from my now dead husband, and that is why I would like to save it. Is it possible to dye this suit black? If so, how would I go about it? Many thanks for any help!!!!

What is the fabric content of your suit? Natural fibers work best when using most dyes.

If dry cleaning doesn't work, consider having it professionally dyed.
Just a opinion I would make the cleaners try again
Did you have Insurance - Maybe you could claim? Otherwise - Hand wash it your self and hang out to dry
