There are hard water deposits on the bathroom faucets that even vinegar won't get out . Please help ?
Looks like the grout is what you want to clean. I would use a toothbrush ( I keep several just for cleaning) Take a cup of baking soda and 1/2 cup of 3 % hydrogen peroxide and 1/2 cup of water,mix all together and scrub.
After cleaning, as last poster described, you can paint on a grout renew product which brightens the grout lines.
Hydrogen peroxide by itself will do the job. Dribble it on to the grout, let it sit for a couple of minutes, then scrub with toothbrush. Wipe up the 'gunk' with sponge or paper towels. The peroxide is a bleaching agent as well as a cleaner.
If you are using hydrogen peroxide, wear rubber or nitrile gloves. Hydrogen peroxide is extremely drying on skin, and will quickly cause white bumps and skin to flake off.
