How can I clean my tile floors using something not so strong in smell?
We recently moved into my husbands grandparents home and have been trying to repair and update. The grout in the tile in the bathroom is awful. I could use some suggestions on power cleaning with something that doesn't smell so strong. We both have allergies that don't agree with strong chemicals. Thanks so much!

spray a section with grease lighting & use a small wire brush to do in between the tiles !!! but let the grease lighting sit for ten minutes then use the thine wire brush & wet-cloth to wipe up dirt works wonderful no smell & I have so much ill health -so it worked out great for me good luck !! if you do a patch -at a time -then -then after a hr -I washed the whole tile floor with a little dawn soap a pinch in warm water & then rince the the whole floor so it does shine again grease lighting is also good for 1/4 cup poured down your drains every 6 months -but run hot water down after you put it in your drains clears them out & very good to use if you have garbage disposal as it wont damage it -good luck
Vinegar and baking soda would be the easiest.
I have tried everything, the best for me was the steam method. It is not easy, none of the methods are easy that work. I used my hand steam sprayer and a wire brush and a rag.
There is no residue therefore nothing to re-attract the dirt as fast. Use tile sealer immidiately after dry.
