How do I clean my carpets quickly and without a flowery scent?
I am having a very hard time getting let odor out of my carpet.. it is very bad! I also have someone living with me that is allergic to any kind of sweet smell... flowery or alike. I JUST WANT A CLEAN SMELL !!! PLEASEEEEEE HELP😊

Baking soda! Let it sit on the carpet for about twenty minutes and then vacuum.
Try using baking soda, it neutralizes odors. I would get large boxes of it at dollar general. Vaccum first and then sprinkle liberally and rub into carpet and let sit for at least an hr. Then vaccum again, you might have to do twice depending on amount of odor. Hope that helps!
I like to make a mixture of baking soda and cornstarch, sprinkle on, vacuum up. You can add essential oils for a very light scent, if desired. You can also make a mixture of vodka and water (essential oils optional) for a natural room freshener you can spray on. White vinegar works too if you can wait overnight for the vinegar smell to disappear. Good luck!
