Grout in tile needs to be sealed right after installation but even at that the grout will get dirty. It can be labor intensive to get it clean so it is best to do a little each time you do your floors. I have porcelain which have been sealed three times and have tried many products but have found the Clorox Toilet bowl cleaner to be the best cleaner for me. It I a gel. I put in the corners of four tile and then spread it into the grout lines in four directions, leave ten minutes and then use the brush again to rub a little. Then I take a sponge rinsed in water and vinegar to kill the soap suds and wipe over the grout lines. I then use my floor steamer to go over the whole floor and I am always happy with the results. Do not use the Clorox on wood floors.
put a sealer on it
