Hello. The best grout cleaner is to combine a half a cup of baking soda, a quarter cup of hydrogen peroxide, and a teaspoon of dish soap. Apply to the grout and allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Then scrub and rinse. Good luck!
Make your grout wet and scrub with a stiff brush. You may not be able to remove all the grout, but enough so that you can re-grout with clean grout.

You can also make your own cleaner by mixing lemon juice or vinegar with hot water.
