I don't know offhand, but I wonder if something with acetone would work?
there are paint strippers made especially for concrete. Before buying that, perhaps try a paint brush cleaner that would be less costly.
Have you tried scraping it off with a putty knife.
Scrape off as much as you can. Goof Off, WD40, Nail polish remover.
Hi Diane! Last year, I had a paint accident on my daughter's pavers. Goof Off and scrub brushes saved my neck. Lots of elbow grease, but, not a spot left.
