Ammonia or a vinyl floor stripper. I prefer the scented ammonia. First, I open the doors and windows. Then dilute maybe a cup with 3 or 4 cups of hot water. For heavy build up do one small area at a time. Pour enough to stay wet for maybe 5 minutes. The old wax should lift as you scrub and rinse. Hardware stores also sell vinyl floor cleaners that will remove the old wax.

depending on your floor product warranty...you may have to use a specific stripper.
Hi there. It's actually easier than it seems. 2 parts water (hot), 2 parts ammonia, and 1 part dish soap. Make sure to NOT include bleach!
Mix this together and mop. I'd suggest working in sections.
Once you've done all the floor, clean up again with warm water.
Best of luck!
I would buy a gallon of sudsing ammonia, like Dollar Tree lemon ammonia.
Before you start stripping off the wax, make sure you have good ventilation, ammonia can burn your lungs if you breathe in the fumes.
Andr has a good recipe, I would go with that. If your hands are going to get wet with this cleaner, be sure to wear protective gloves.
