HI Jane, we use a roll of duct tape to lift the hair from our persian carpets. It works like a charm
sticky roller, like a lint roller. found one at a pet store that would go over a painters stick, picked up pet hair nicely. 2 dogs 4 cats at that time.
Reverse duct tape on a paint roller. Roll it along the carpet. Replace the tape when it's full.
You could even just wind duct tape on your hand and use that. Then just toss it out.
Buy pet groomer gloves.
