You could try baking soda but the best way to remove urine order is with an enzyme product. You'll find those in a pet store. I hope that helps. Wishing you the best.
They do make a enzyme neutralizer that will remove odors, if the stain has discolored the varnish then it needs to be sanded and stained and resealed.
I used hydrogen peroxide on my hardwood floors. Does not always totally remove the stain but it definitely does lighten old stains. Just pour on stain and let it work. Sometimes had to do multiple times. Usually waited 24 hours in between. After I sanded the floors then finished them.
