I have ceramic tile throughout my house. I would like to see a better shine on them but I don't want them to be slippery. I'm in need of suggestionsThanksJoe

there are 'no-skid' waxes made for ceramic tile floors ... lundmarx is one -- but check with your local home improvement center for their recommendations

I use a very strong shark steam mop with nothing but the water in the mop. Use distilled water. My floor squeaks when I walk on it as it is so clean. Wash the cleaning pad after each use and don't put in dryer or use fabric softeners as this will create a film on your floor.

I use a floor steamer too. It works really well - the tiles always shine :) I also use vinegar/water/lemongrass essential oil mix, which works well too.

I had not thought of a floor steamer. I like the idea of steam as well.
