Check out cleaners from pet stores that have special ingredients that break down the enzymes in pet urine.
I've used Nature's Miracle with great success.
Yes, Nature’s Miracle & saturate the areas & keep them covered, so that the enzymes live long enough to eat the pee.
Then put several old towels over it & step on the towels to blot up the N M.
One doesn’t want their underlayment saturated.
