Use just a cup of water and a couple of drops of Dawn to clean the whole couch, using a sponge and rubbing lightly. This will brighten the couch and show where you might get the stained areas to. Vacuum the couch to get all the Dawn residue and the dirt stirred up. On the next round, clean the stained areas with 3/4 cups of water and 1/4 cup of vinegar mixed together. Don’t soak the stain. Use the same sponge to lightly scrub the stains. Rinse the stains with a damp sponge. Let dry and vacuum. Are the stains gone? If not, use a spray upholstery cleaner as directed. By starting with the mildest treatment, you will do less damage to the velour and help it last longer. Best wishes 😇
Try mixing either Awesome Orange or OxyClean in water and wipe....test first on an inconspicuous area.

Is it leather or velour? Leather I would use some saddle soap or buy a leather cleaner, auto stores have lots to choose from.
If its velour, I would use my carpet cleaner upholstery tool.
