Without knowing the material, Hydrogen peroxide blotted on fabric works well if small. If on vinyl or leather- you have to be careful not to stain it but try Oxy Interior 1 spray on cleaner and stain remover. Its multi purpose and made by Turtle wax. Walmart auto section.

And make sure to try in an inconspicous area first, like underneath to make sure colour doesn't change or material not affected.
