Try Comet powder on a wet cloth. Don't rub hard because it has a small amount of grit in it and it could take the paint off the cabinet.

Try eraser sponge or other product. You can always paint right over if you can match the color & sheen. Big box store or paint store could match color and sheen, then you can touch up any stains. My friends crack up at how I periodically clean my baseboards. I walk around with cup of white paint and small paint brush and paint right over dusted surface.

You could use plain white vinegar or white wine to get the stain off the cabinets. Then wipe with water.

If your cabinets were painted with high-gloss paint, this would be a 123 clean-up. Wipe them down as best you can. If you paint over it that might work. This may leave the cabinets, looking different. What are your cabinets made of? This is another way to find out what would work. Try Soft Scrub very lightly, but if you have laminate, or cherry wood, or oak underneath the paint this is important to know, don't use Soft Scrub.
