How do I remove dried wood glue from veneer?

I repaired several bubbles in my oak veneer table.. The bubbles are gone the dried smeared glue is not. I wiped the table immediately after the repair, obviously didn't remove the excess glue. Gulp. Can you help? Monster Wood glue on a polyurethane Oak wood veneer. Thank you so much for taking time to answer!
