Try using a hot dry iron . Put a white cloth on top of the nail polish remover and work in a circular motion with the iron for a minute check to see if the stain has lifted. Repeated application of heat may be necessary.

I had a nail polish remover spill on my table years ago. I ended up having to sand and refinish the table top. Good luck!
