can you try peeling it off? a bit of vegetable oil on a Q-tip around the edges of the nail polish -- or.... a tiny dab of polish remover on a Q-tip applied JUST to the polish ... or a tiny tiny paint brush ... and follow immediately with a paper towel -- press on the polish and lift -- don't 'rub' ... repeat.
