Use some vinegar and Dawn in warm water, and a sponge on the leather to try and save it.
Don't quite know what you mean "dirty underneath" ? do you mean the cloth cover under the seat cushions? If so I would use the upholstry tool of my carpet cleaner to shampoo it clean after vacuuming throughly first.
Put a fan on it to dry it quickly.
Then I would condition the leather with a good leather product.
Hi, Use hot water and washing up liquid and a small nail brush.........then dry and buff up with a soft cloth.
I'd get rid of it. If it's moldy it could make you sick.
