Murphy's Oil Soap is what we have always used for all wood in our home along with Old English products.
I agree with Naomie. Murphy's Oil Soap is the best!
If they are terribly dirty clean with Krud Kutter. Then polish with some furniture polish.

try making a solution of white vinegar and water 50/50 and add a dab of blue dawn detergent. Less greasy
I use Old English furniture polish 2 times a year. We have had cabinets in rentals that were bad in the past, the best cleaner is in the photo. Use a toothbrush after you let it set a while. Scrub , repeat. I do small areas at a time like 6 inches by 2 inches in the really grimy areas. Meguiars is for wheel rims, but it won't harm the cabinet! It works!
