Spray it with. Mixture of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Let dry. Takes out odor and stain.
Get a large plastic container of Nature's Miracle at either a pet supply store, Walmart or Amazon. It is a clear fresh smelling liquid that not only removes the stain from pet urine, bile, etc. but also removes the odor so pets are not drawn back to the area to pee there again. (works for accidents made by young children as well). Pour some into a bowl and drench a clean rag in the liquid. Wet the stained area, pushing down into the mattress so underlying foam or fibers absorb the liquid and rub the surface gently. Repeat process until stain and odor are gone, (several minutes, generally). Blot with clean towel to remove as much liquid as possible and allow to air dry. This should work very well UNLESS the mattress is a Temperpedic, which should never get wet.
