Hello,
pls tell me how to remove white heat marks from my mango wood table. Tried the iron with a towel but not much improvement.

    Hi Lisa, When you tried the iron method, was the towel damp? If not, try it again. Don't give up. Other than that, the only other fix that I know of is to sand it and stain it.

    If its a water stain, smear Vaseline on it. Let it sit overnight or several hours..

    Take a soft cloth and wipe off..depending on how long it been there that should help.

    If that doesn't work try New life furniture masque. Some antique stores h ave it or get online.they are in San Antonio tx. It's a great product it will suck the moisture out.

    Use pecan halves. Break the nutmeats in half and using the broken edge, rub hard on the stain in the direction of the woodgrain. The nutmeats will eventually crumble. You can still use the smaller pieces by using your fingertip. The wood oil from the nutmeats will penetrate the white stain.
