Mix a cup of white vinegar with a gallon of warm water in a bucket. Swish your mop in the mixture and squeeze the mop out as much as possible, making sure the water goes back into the bucket. Wipe the mope over the floor and repeat until all the film appears removed. Let the floors air dry.
QI have done all my hardwood floors and to remove the wax from them with a floor steamer.
