Apple Cider Vinegar is making headlines as the latest detox beverage of choice from celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow to Nikki Reed. It’s naturally detoxifying ability gently removes toxins from the body, helping to purify blood and boost the immune system.

1. Natural Flea Repellent: Shampoo as normal, pat dry, then spray a mixture of 3/4 apple cider vinegar and 1/4 warm water over coat. Massage into skin.


2. Allergy Solution: Take 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar, followed by a glass of water to relieve allergy symptoms.


3. Natural Deodorizer: Skip the Febreeze and try spritzing a little apple cider vinegar around your room.


4. Toner: Apple cider vinegar acts as a natural anti-inflammatory. Dilute with 1 part vinegar, 2 parts water and using a cotton ball, apply to your face.


5. Sparkling Hair: Rejuvenate hair, reduce frizz and encourage hair growth by massaging a few tablespoons of the vinegar into your hair, after shampooing.

    1/2 c ACV 1/4c olive oil in a bowl dip rag in use a little cleans and restores old looking wood furniture. use a clean lint free rag to polish amazing.
