A 30 year old copper roof over a bay window that needs cleaning- help?

Nothing works. Does anyone know what will clean this old tarnished copper?

That patina protects the copper beneath, I would not recommend cleaning it. If you clean the oxidation off the top there is a possibility it will become pitted, particularly from acid rain. If you clean it it will quickly return back to green, that is its JOB! Take Conniestewart85 suggestion and paint it. There are a lot if metallic paints available.
