Alot of people I know that have those floors use a vinegar and water mixture. I've also heard of using warm water mixed with a few drops of the blue Dawn dish detergent to cut through grease and grime. Don't know the exact measurements but hope that helped!

i have not found a cleaner that keeps them shiny. I use vinegar and water with a drop or two of dawn in it. I too would appreciate something that keeps the shine.

The only thing I use on my laminate flooring is a steam cleaner. They still look like new.

1/4 cup borax, 1/4 cup Fabric softener in 3 gallons of water. A spin mop works best as they tend to get a lot of the wetness out of the mop .

I use a recipe I found online that works for both my laminate floors and countertops. 1 cup water, 1 cup vinegar, 1 cup alcohol, 2-3 drops dish soap (I use Dawn), 5 drops essential oil (optional) 24 oz spray bottle. I have laminate granite-look countertops and this homemade cleaner makes them shine but I would NOT use this on granite countertops as I believe vinegar would harm them. The vinegar disinfects and the alcohol helps speed drying time. I swear by this homemade recipe and I hope it works for you too.

The manufacturer for my laminate floors said to use glass cleaner. Maybe there is a homemade recipe out there for glass cleaner.

I have shiny oak laminate floors that I have had for 10 years , I mop with ammonia and water and quick touch ups with windex . My floors still look great . I also never use a broom on my floors.

I was told to use vinegar & water but they look streaky. I am scared to use a steam cleaner.

I just got up and used windex..I have twenty year old Pergo and it is dull. Have tried just about everything. It worked. Think I will go over it with ammonia and maintain with Windex.

I was also told to use just vinegar and water. I have a shark steam cleaner and now use that. They look like new and are probably 15 years old.
