See if you can improve the ventilation in the room, use the exhaust fan, install one, crack a window, even a portable fan will work.

Bleach will clean up the discoloration and the mold itself, but it does not kill or take away all the spores from mold and mildew. Vinegar is an excellent antibacterial and antifungal solution and will kill the spores. This will keep it a bay for a while until moisture allows it to grow again.
