Scrubbing bubbles
Try Barkeepers Friend. You can buy it at hardware store and Wal-Mart. It is the best product I've found to clean just about anything such as glass stovetops and stainless steel.
steel wool pads - removes soap scum, no scratches
I'm with KarenM, I use Barkeepers Friend for bathrooms and kitchen, shower stalls, tubs, stainless sinks, glass top stoves. Works awesome. It comes in granular and soft creamy cleanser. I spray my shower stalls, wait a few minutes, scrub with a sponge is needed, rinse. Repeat if necessary. Best of luck.
We bought an older house and the soap scum in the bath tubs and shower was "permanently stuck on". We tried everything, including a brush on a power drill! Guess what removed every bit of soap scum quickly? We used a wide razor blade paint scraper! We scraped carefully & it removed the soap scum from fiber glass with no scratches. Wiped up the flakes of soap scum with a paper towel. Don't wash it down the drain. Have fun!
Dollar Tree Awesome Orange in the 1/2 gal. Melts the stuff off with a little scrub and rinse. Don't use abrasives like comet or pads as this allows dirt to accumulate in the scratches. Once clean you can give it a coat of auto wax (carnuba) with a soft cloth and buff with car buffer, drill attachment buffer or just a cloth. If you got a huge buildup of soap along the rim, use a round plastic scrubby from Dollar Tree.
