My kitchen cabinets are embarrassingly greasy. Please share your degreasing tips with me so I don't have to cringe every time I glance at my cabinets.
OrangeGlo for light cleaning
A paste of baking soda & hydrogen peroxide or white cleaning vinegar, apply with a scrub brush for medium build up
Kitchen and wood safe degreaser like GP66 or Fuller’s for heavy build up
I like Murphy's Oil Soap.
I sue a swifter on my walls. If there are really dirty spots I use a little Dawn on a wet microfiber cloth. If your walls are wood, I would still use a swifter. unless there is grease on the walls, then I would use Purple Power Degreaser, you can get this at Walmart in the Auto section, It is good for lots of things, just use gloves and dilute per instructions. This is also great on kitchen cabinets.
Hi Charlotte! A spray bottle with water and a cap full of vinegar work great for cleaning cabinets and walls! You can also use TSP to clean your cabinets. It will help to remove any grease stains!
I like to use Murphy's oil soap on my wood cabinets.
Hello, I tend to use a soapy water Dawn solution for mild weekly cleaning and Murphy’s oil soap for more moderete cabinent cleaning jobs. Murphy's oil soap is an excellent all purpose wood cleaner.
For greasy kitchen cabinets -I would suggest Krud Kutter

All good suggestions, but, I just use a soapy mixture of Dawn dish detergent, microfiber cloths and a soft toothbrush for cabinets. I have a washable long reach duster (they make them for ceiling fans) to dust walls. For marks or splashes, I try a damp microfiber cloth first and then (very gently) a magic eraser if the microfiber cloth doesn't work. Works on baseboards, too.
Wash them down with Murphy’s oil soap.hot soapy water if the grease is bad then add 1/4 cup of ammonia to the mix that will help.
I use a soapy sponge.
I'd use a diluted soap solution with a microfiber cloth!
Is the wood smooth and just dusty? I use a Swiffer Sweeper with dry Swiffer sheets. Or a wet rag on the Swiffer Sweeper. If the cabinets have grease build up, use Orange Glo. Apply, wait ( according how much grease is on the cabinets) but it will lift the grease. When you see it running down the cabinets, wipe off.
