Cleaning antique karafs

I need some idea how to get the white that looks like milk from the inside of antique karafs (bottles).

    Drop in a denture tablet

    You can also put a little water, a few tablespoons of salt, and an ice cube, swirl it shake it, whatever you need until the ice has melted, then pour it out, rinse it, and go again until it's clean. This acts as a strong abrasive for getting the gunk out, but not strong enough to scratch the glass.

      @Echo Hi again,thank you for the tip. Sorry to say, but it didn`t do the job. Got a little bit better but still some greyish.

    As a waitress that has cleaned more than my share of regular karafs. I just put a bunch of ice in them. poured a bunch of salt on it and swirl it around. does an amazing job.
