Try a mixture of white vinegar, lemon juice and salt, or rub a little ketchup on the teapot and rinse off.

always try on the bottom first. I use ketchup. Put it on let set for a few minutes and agitate gently. It will not be as well as Wrights copper cleaner.

Yes, ketchup! Believe it or not, the acidity in the tomatoes works wonders on copper. Slather it in ketchup, let it sit for a while, then wipe off with a damp cloth or paper towel. Then buff it with a dry soft cloth.

straight vinegar & a non scratch scrub pad. Lemon juice may help, but I never use it. never needed it.

Before cleaning this copper teapot I would find an antique dealer to find out if cleaning it would diminish the value. Sometimes patina is valuable for an antique. If antique furniture is cleaned the value goes away immediately because it is the patina that determines the age. Check it out!
