Try Bar Keepers Friend. It works well for me on my pots and pans. It can take some elbow grease too but works. Good Luck!
Vinegar and baking soda combined into a paste works well. Rub it on, let it sit for an hour or so, and then wash off.
I keep a bottle of Dawn dish detergent next to my sink just for grease. Work it into the grease, let it sit for awhile and go over it with a magic eraser.
