How to I get rid of those stain on my flatware? They are sort of like rainbow colors and no matter how after I was them, I can’t rid of them. I don’t use them often so maybe this is a problem?

Try buffing with a tea towel. Do you put them in a dishwasher?
Distilled white vinegar. Dolloped on a microfiber cloth and wipe.

A note of interest, don't ever wash silverplated flatware with any other metal in the dishwasher. Make sure it's just it and dishes and plates, no metal. It's safe to do. If you mix, for whatever reason, you get stains.
