mix a solution of bleach & water, pour into cup & let it site a few minutes-stain will come right out!
try Clorox bleach
Baking soda and water, let them soak overnight and stains should wipe right out, repeat as often as necessary.
I sit mine in the sink with bleach and water, and wait, then use the 3M abrasive side of a sponge and it comes right off.
