Zep grout cleaner is easy to use and works great.
Try bleach and then seal it.
Use gloves and the acid... or go to the local Home Depot or Lowes and get a non- acid alternative. Get sanded caulk in the same color to fill in any gaps. Then Seal it. If you’re not qualified, call a handy man to handle this project for you. Should not cost too much.
Try some bleach with baking soda to get it clean. I would seal it afterwards though
