Any tips on how to clean a burnt pot? There are spices burnt onto it and it's made of ceramic.

You can try a paste of water and cream of tartar(found in spice aisle) and see if that does the trick

I agree with Karen or use a paste of Dawn and bar keeper's friend. It's a little bit more aggressive than cream of tartar

If that fails, try oven cleaner.

Burnt spices are a little more difficult to remove because there is usually no oil left in them to dissolve, but the process is about the same as for any other stains. You need baking soda, vinegar, a bowl, a wooden spoon, an old toothbrush, a scrubbing sponge, perhaps steel wool, a clean cloth, and water.

Mix about 1/4 cup each of baking soda and vinegar in a bowl with the wooden spoon. After the foaming is over, use the toothbrush to apply the solution on the spice stains. Scrub with the toothbrush really hard. Add some more solution as you need it. Rinse thoroughly. If there is more stain, repeat, using the toothbrush and scrubbing sponge, rinsing when you have removed all of the stain possible. If there is any more stain, repeat each time you use the same pot. It won’t hurt the pot itself, and will gradually wash away.

    Best wishes! 🤶🏻

I've heard that letting it soak over night with a fabric soften sheet in the pot works, but I've never tried it. If you do try it, please let me know how it does.

If it's stuck inside the pot?, Just add water, boil the water, then let sit until cool. A scrubby sponge should get it all out, easily. I burn spices constantly.😁
