Try Natures Miracle available from pet stores
If it is in carpeting, and not just a rug, you may need to pull it back and replace the padding underneath. Unfortunately, animal urine soaks into that and its pretty difficult to get it out. It can also soak through and ruin the flooring underneath the padding, if its been going on a long time, so that might need to be cut out and replaced, as well. If its just a one time thing, try Zep pet odor and stain remover. You can get it at home stores like Menards
