Try testing a area with a damp cloth with white vinegar and water,see if that removes the residue,then do the entire floor with a microfiber mop being careful not to make the floor to wet

Clean with hot water mixed with amonia to get rid of any build up on it. Once clean apply a floor wax to bring back shine.
