How do I remove yellow stains on linoleum?

its yellow in front of the toilet. Underneath a small washable rug. It's also on the front of the shower with the same type of rug, thanks for your help.

The backing from your rugs has stained the floor.........there is nothing to remove it. What "they" invented isn't always better.
