3 Tricks to Clean Baking Sheets
I have not tried this, but I have seen it done: wadded up tin foil used like a scrubber to get it off. Try a small area at a time and use round circular motion
Spray oven cleaner on them, place on oven racks and close oven overnight. Then wipe with warm soapy water and wash usual.
You could try using a 30 gallon trash bag and a 1/2 cup of lemon scented ammonia. Place tray in bag with ammonia, close tightly, place outside, preferably in sun, and let soak 24 hours. Remove and clean with hot water and a scrubbie or scourer. Just be careful not to get a face full of fumes. Best if you can clean outside with a bucket. I do this with oven racks in rental units and they basically wipe clean.
