How do you clean the flat paint of apartment walls?

Anything I’ve tried to clean my apartment walls either discolors them or doesn’t remove the spots help!

Behr makes wipes for painted walls and I've found them to work well on even the dirtiest spots. A magic eraser might work as well.
Clorox cleanup
Paint gets really dry when it is old. It can be very hard to clean without the clean showing up in sections. Ask your landlord to supply paint. It is just as easy to paint as it is to wash your walls.
